02Early stage

Design & planning

We help shape the design, turning your ideas into something buildable and costing it as we go.

Whether through our design and construct service or alongside your own plans, we develop the design with the build and budget in mind. You're guided through the decisions, not left to guess.

Your involvement: High. The design decisions are yours.

03Before we start

A clear, fixed-price quote

A detailed, fixed-price contract so you know exactly what's included and what it costs.

We quote thoroughly and put it in writing. Clients consistently tell us we stuck to the quote and that's the discipline we build around, with clear communication about what is and isn't included.

Your involvement: Medium. Review, ask questions, approve.

04During the build

Owner-led, and project managed

Craig oversees every build, while project manager Matt is on site day to day, backed by our own coordinated trade team.

You deal with the people whose name is on the company, not a remote contracts manager. Our trades have worked together for years, so each stage flows into the next with no gaps and no dead time.

Your involvement: Medium. Regular updates and check-ins.

05Throughout

Clear communication, always

Regular updates, a tidy site, and any issue dealt with promptly and helpfully.

We keep you informed at every stage so there are no surprises. If something needs sorting, we deal with it straight away. That's the feedback our clients give us most.

Your involvement: Low. We keep you in the loop.

06Completion

Handover & beyond

A thorough handover, finished to a high standard, and a builder who stands behind the work.

We walk the finished home with you and make sure everything is completed properly before sign-off. And we come back without complaint for anything that needs attention afterwards.

Your involvement: High. It's your home now.

A note on the process

The process flexes by service. The principles don't.

A renovation adds an investigation stage. A design-and-construct project leans on the design phase up front. An extension hinges on tying old and new together. Each service page details where its path differs, but every project gets the same fixed price, the same owner-led delivery, and the same honest updates.
