Craig Carmichael began his career in 2006, undertaking a pre-apprenticeship in carpentry before progressing into a full apprenticeship with a builder in Melbourne's eastern suburbs. After qualifying, he subcontracted with several builders to gain hands-on experience across all aspects of construction, before moving into a project management role with a local builder in Mount Evelyn.

During this time, Craig developed a strong reputation for delivering projects efficiently while meeting all targets set by the builder. He felt that he could achieve even better results, with a strong focus on quality, if he had his own team, and so CGC Constructions was born.

Since then, Craig has built a team that works seamlessly together and share a common goal, to design and build high-quality homes that are both beautiful and functional, tailored to suit each client's budget, and which enable families to make lasting memories for years to come.

CGC Constructions has specialised in extensions, renovations and building new custom homes for more than six years in the beautiful Yarra Valley and surrounding areas.
